Tibet unveils new Tibetan-language input software Business Standard (press release) (registration) (blog) A New Tibetan-language software with speech and handwriting recognition technology was today released in Tibet with an aim to improve efficiency in work. The software was developed by a speech and language laboratory at Tibet University.
