China arrests a Tibetan man in connection with self-immolation protest Phayul DHARAMSHALA, September 17: Chinese police in Tawu County in Kardze Tibet Autonomous Prefecture (falls in the traditional Tibet's Kham region) have arrested a Tibetan man for his reported links with an incident of self immolation in the region in 2011.
