Sikyong Dr Lobsang Sangay, the de facto Tibetan prime minister, recently concluded his maiden visit to Lithuania as the democratically elected head of the Tibetan people. He was accompanied by Thubten Samdup, the Representative of His Holiness the Dalai Lama for Northern Europe.
